
Ready to cast your ballot? Metro is offering FREE rides on our buses, trains, Metro Bike Share and Metro Micro on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3.
Here’s how to ride free:
• Metro buses and trains: No fares will be collected on Election Day.
• Metro Bike Share: Get a free 30-minute ride by selecting “1-Ride” in the app, online or at a kiosk and entering 110326 at checkout. A credit or debit card is required. Additional charges apply to rides longer than 30 minutes.
• Metro Micro: book your free trip with the Micro app, available for free in the Apple App Store and Google Play. No code is needed for a free ride.
If you’re voting-by-mail, there are ballot boxes near 12 Metro stations — making it easy to ensure your ballot is dropped off and counted. The stations are:

You have until 8 p.m. on Election Day to return your ballots to a dropbox. There are also other ballot drop boxes that are near our stations and bus stops. Here’s a map that shows all 400-plus dropbox locations in L.A. County.
