Holiday Ice Rink at Pershing Square
Holiday Ice Rink Pershing Square, which has brought winter fun to sunny Los Angeles for over 20 years, is up and running until January 12, 2025. At 7,200 square feet, it is the city’s largest outdoor rink, offering visitors professional-quality ice right next to Pershing Square station on the B and D Lines. If you’re coming on the A and E Lines, Historic Broadway station is just a 12-minute walk from the rink.
Skaters are in for a special treat on Thursday, December 12! We’ll be linking up with the GoPass team for some ice skating while a live DJ plays your favorite bops. There’ll also be a FREE tamale giveaway starting at 6 p.m. (while tamales last)!
Ice at Santa Monica presented by Disney+
Ice at Santa Monica presented by Disney+ is open until January 20, 2025. Located at the corner of Arizona Avenue and 5th Street, this rink offers the unique opportunity to skate under the California sun by day and the twinkling stars by night. Better yet, the E Line’s Downtown Santa Monica station is only a few blocks away. So, what are you waiting for? We hope to see you there.
Metro’s regular one-way fare is $1.75 and $3.50 roundtrip — means more money saved for holiday gifts. Fares can be paid with TAP cards. TAP cards can be purchased from TAP vending machines at all Metro Rail and Busway stations. Riders can also use their smartphones as a TAP card by downloading the TAP app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
