If you aren’t yet familiar with LALIFF –– the L.A. Latino International Film Festival –– you’re in for a treat. This vibrant festival, now in its 24th year, highlights groundbreaking work in film, television, and music by some of today’s most exciting Latino storytellers from around the world. Starting May 28 and running through June 1, you’ll have the chance to take advantage of screenings, talks, and events taking place at TCL Chinese Theatre and the Egyptian Theatre in Hollywood as well as Regal L.A. Live in Downtown L.A., home to LALIFF Eastside, which highlights uniquely Los Angeles-centered stories. Ticketed industry events will take place at the Kookaburra Lounge in Ovation Hollywood.

Getting there with Metro: 

Hollywood: To reach TCL Chinese Theatre, the Egyptian Theatre or the Kookaburra Lounge, take the B Line (Red) to Hollywood/Highland Station—all three are within walking distance. 

DTLA: To reach Regal LA Live, connect to the A, B, E, or J Line and exit at 7th St./Metro Center Station, or take the A, E, or J Line to Pico Station. 

Parking is available at North Hollywood, Universal City/Studio City, and Westlake/MacArthur Park stations on the B Line, as well as other Metro lots throughout the system. Parking is $3 daily, but rates and terms can vary from lot to lot and are subject to change. Find a lot here.
