Rock the Rails returns to Pomona North Station to celebrate one year of the A Line extension, the Dodgers host the Giants for a rivalry weekend at Uniqlo Field, and the Inglewood Night Market makes its debut at Hollywood Park. LA Dodgers host San Francisco Giants for a rivalry weekend with a drone show and La Gran Fiesta at Uniqlo Field.
The Dodgers welcome their longtime rivals, the San Francisco Giants, for a three-game home series at Uniqlo Field in Elysian Park. Friday night features a drone show, Saturday brings La Gran Fiesta at Dodger Stadium, and Sunday closes with Kids Run the Bases Day.

Thai Fest by the Beach brings food, culture, and community to the Santa Monica Pier

Jazz at LACMA: The 17 Big Band brings free outdoor jazz to the Wilshire corridor this Friday
Jazz at LACMA’s Friday evening series rolls into fall with The 17 Big Band performing on the Smidt Welcome Plaza. One of the city’s most reliable warm-weather traditions — free, outdoors, and right on Wilshire.

Night Dive at the Aquarium of the Pacific goes Oktoberfest with West Coast Prost and dancing in Long Beach
The Aquarium of the Pacific swaps the usual Night Dive vibe for a full Oktoberfest celebration Friday evening. West Coast Prost brings high-energy polka to the Blue Cavern stage, DJs spin in the galleries, and Café Scuba serves up special bites and drinks for an adults-only night unlike any other.

Saturday, September 20
Rock the Rails II celebrates one year of the A Line extension with live music and food at Pomona North Station
Metro marks one year of the A Line extension to Pomona with Rock the Rails II Saturday evening at Pomona North Station, in partnership with 909 Open Market and It’s Not a Phase. Live bands, local food vendors, and family-friendly activities fill the station plaza for a free night of community and celebration at the end of the line.

Inglewood Night Market debuts at Hollywood Park with art, music and food under the moonlight
Inglewood’s first-ever Night Market opens Saturday evening at Hollywood Park, celebrating local artists, artisans and cultural cuisine in an outdoor setting. A new community tradition kicks off under the stars in the heart of Inglewood.

The 42nd annual California Coastal Cleanup Day returns Saturday as the state’s largest annual volunteer event, removing trash from beaches and inland waterways across LA County. Several cleanup sites are accessible by Metro.

The Los Angeles Chargers bring their home crowd into Week 2 on Sunday afternoon at SoFi Stadium to face the Las Vegas Raiders in an AFC West rivalry matchup. Kickoff is at 1:05 p.m.

Go Metro: Take the C or K Line to LAX/Metro Transit Center Station and connect to the free shuttle at bus bay 8. Return shuttles begin at the start of the fourth quarter and run for 90 minutes after the game ends.
LA Sparks host Portland Fire for Sunday afternoon WNBA action at Crypto.com Arena
The LA Sparks return home Sunday to face the Portland Fire at Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles. Tipoff is at 4 p.m.
