Go Metro as the Los Angeles Clippers host their cross-town rivals, the Los Angeles Lakers, for the first time at the Intuit Dome on Sunday at 6 p.m.
In one sense, it’s a long-standing rivalry game. In other sense, it’s far from it — as both teams have joined 10 other local pro sports franchises to raise $8 million for wildfire relief efforts. A distribution event to help fire victims was held at three stadiums on Friday and both the Intuit Dome and Kia Forum will be home to FireAid benefit concerts on Jan. 30.
With the Lakers and Clippers close in the standings, there should also be some good basketball Monday at the Clippers new home in Inglewood. At Metro, we’re happy we can help get you there to avoid traffic hassles.
In fact…Go Metro for all Los Angeles Clippers home games by connecting to a free bus shuttle at:
- Hawthorne/Lennox Station (C Line) or
- Downtown Inglewood Station (K Line)
Note that boarding at Hawthorne/Lennox Station will be on Hawthorne Boulevard heading southbound (opposite side of SoFi shuttle boarding location). The shuttles will start running at 20-minute intervals two hours before each game begins and at 10-minute intervals for one hour after each game ends.
You can also choose to park at the nearest Metro Parking Lot and connect to Hawthorne/Lennox or Downtown Inglewood Station. See parking rates at nearby stations below:
