There’s a tasty match at BMO Stadium on Tuesday night as LAFC gears up for their season with a friendly against Club América from Liga MX.

Go Metro to the match and beat traffic and parking expenses! Here’s how to ride to BMO Stadium:

•Take the E Line train to Expo Park/USC Station. The stadium is about a 10-minute walk from the station – see the map above. The E Line runs between Downtown Santa Monica and East Los Angeles. The Metro A, B and D Lines have transfers to the E Line at stations in DTLA. See our rail and busway map below.

•Another option: take the J Line bus to 37th/USC Station. The J Line runs between San Pedro and El Monte via DTLA. From the J Line’s 37th/USC Station, walk one block to Figueroa Street, turn left and it’s about 1,000 feet to the pitch.

•To plan your transit trip, use Google Maps, Apple Maps, the Transit app, the Moovit app and metro.net.

•Regular Metro fares are $1.75 one-way or $3.50 round-trip. You can buy a fare card (called a TAP card) at TAP vending machines located at all Metro Rail and Busway stations. You can also download the TAP app and use your smartphone as a TAP card. Get the app here. Each rider must have a valid TAP card. Children 5 and under ride free with an adult.

•There is parking available at many Metro rail and busway stations – the list is here. Some lots are free, others have a small charge.

•Fans can check X (Twitter) for Metro service updates or call 323-GOMETRO for updates and trip-planning assistance.

Friendly reminder: Metro is a good option for every LAFC and Angel City match at BMO Stadium. LAFC’s regular season begins Feb. 22 with a match against Minnesota and Angel City’s 2025 campaign begins March 16 versus San Diego.
