Friday and Sunday
L.A. Clippers Basketball
The Clippers host the Memphis Grizzlies on Friday night and take on the Thunder Sunday afternoon.
Go Metro to Intuit Dome for L.A. Clippers home games by connecting to a free bus shuttle at Hawthorne/Lennox Station (C Line) or Downtown Inglewood Station (K Line). Note that boarding at Hawthorne/Lennox Station will be on Hawthorne Bl heading southbound (opposite side of SoFi shuttle boarding location). The shuttles will start running at 20-minute intervals two hours before each game begins and at 10-minute intervals for one hour after each game ends. In addition, Intuit Dome provides complimentary park and ride shuttles from Union Station (A, B and D Lines). The shuttles leave from two hours before the door time through the event start time. The shuttles will depart the Intuit Dome for two hours after the event.
Saturday, March 22
Golden Dragon Parade and Year of the Snake Festival
The 126th annual Golden Dragon Parade will roll through the heart of L.A.’s Chinatown along sections of Hill Street and Broadway. Firecrackers, traditional lion dances, dragons, marching bands and a diversity of dance troupes will make it a day of exciting sights and sounds. Plus, a Chinese New Year festival will take over the Chinatown Central Plaza with modern lion dances, acrobatic and martial arts performances, and a few special guest artists.
Parade: 1 to 4 p.m.; Festival 12 to 6 p.m.
Go Metro: Take the A Line to Chinatown Station
Goats & Totes at Ivy Station
If a creative combination of fun activities is your thing, Ivy Station in Culver City has something delightful for you and the family! Come for petting cute and friendly goats, and stay to customize a special tote bag at Goats & Totes. Party Goats LA will host meet-and-greets, petting and photos while the Ivy Station hosts a giveaway of commemorative tote bags to customize, while supplies last.

It’s the Kings and the Carolina Hurricanes meeting up on the ice at Crypto.com Arena.
Go Metro: Take the A or E Line to Pico Station, which is a one-block walk from Crypto.com Arena in downtown L.A. The Metro J Line bus, as well as other local bus routes, also stop near the arena.

The Chicago Bulls visit for a Saturday evening matchup.

The Venice Love Fest takes over a stretch of Venice Boulevard in Mar Vista for a day of community good vibes, live music, food trucks, a popup marketplace, beer gardens, games and family-friendly activities.

Sunday, March 23
César Chávez Family Day at LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes
A fun mix of hands-on learning and entertainment: LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes celebrates activist and labor leader, César Chávez, with live music, activities for kids, gardening workshops, a cooking demo, and performances by traditional Mexican dance groups, Folklorico Tierra Blanca and Folklorico Y Arriba Mexico.

Go Metro: Take the A, B or D Line to Union Station
L.A. Dodgers Baseball
After sweeping the Cubs to open their season in Japan, the Dodgers return home to wrap up spring training by hosting the Angels for an exhibition game on Sunday at 5:10 p.m.
Go Metro: The Dodger Stadium Express is running from the South Bay and Union Station. The Dodger bus will start running 2.5 hours before game time from both Union Station and the South Bay.
South Bay: Dodger Stadium Express stops at Harbor Gateway Transit Center, which is served by the J Line and other local buses. The Dodger bus also stops at the Slauson, Manchester, Harbor Freeway, Rosecrans stations along the J Line.
Union Station is served by the A, B and D Lines, the J Line bus and many local bus lines.
Parking: $8 at Union Station; free at Harbor Transit. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at both lots.
Turiya Rising at the Hammer Museum
The new exhibition, Alice Coltrane, Monument Eternal, is graced on Sundays with live music from the Turiya Rising series, showcasing performances on a stage designed as part of the exhibition. This Sunday, L.A.-based guitarist and composer Jeff Parker performs a live set. To attend, a ticket line outside the Alice Coltrane exhibition galleries will begin at 4 p.m., and show starts at 5 p.m.
