Friday, March 14
Pasadena ArtNight
The spring 2025 edition of Pasadena ArtNight is a chance to take in a smorgasbord of art, literature, dance, music and theater at 19 of the city’s hottest cultural destinations. ArtCenter, the Pasadena History Museum, the Gamble House, the Norton Simon Museum, USC Pacific Asia Museum and the Armory Center for the Arts are among the institutions taking part.
6 to 10 p.m. FREE
Go Metro: Take the A Line to Fillmore Station to get to ArtCenter. Alternatively, Memorial Park Station is a short walk from venues such as Armory Center for the Arts, Pasadena Senior Center and Parson’s Nose Theater. A free shuttle service will offer rides between participating venues throughout the evening.
Saturday, March 15
Closing Party for Sci-fi, Magick, Queer L.A.
The USC Fisher Museum hosts an afternoon of special programming to mark the last day of the Sci-fi, Magick, Queer L.A. exhibit, including performances, live tarot readings, music, food, occult books and zines, art-making and curator-led tours.

Go Metro: Take the E Line to Expo Park/USC Station
L.A. Kings Hockey
The bottom-feeding Nashville Predators swing by downtown L.A. for a late Saturday afternoon skate against the Kings.

Sunday, March 16
L.A. Lakers Basketball
The Phoenix Suns have an early Sunday afternoon game that should be a win for the Lakers.
Go Metro: Take the A or E Line to Pico Station, which is a one-block walk from Crypto.com Arena in downtown L.A. The Metro J Line bus, as well as several local bus lines, also stop near the arena. Tips for your game day trip.
L.A. Clippers Basketball
The Charlotte Hornets visit the Intuit Dome for a late Sunday afternoon game as the regular season begins to wind down.
Go Metro to Intuit Dome for L.A. Clippers home games by connecting to a free bus shuttle at Hawthorne/Lennox Station (C Line) or Downtown Inglewood Station (K Line). Note that boarding at Hawthorne/Lennox Station will be on Hawthorne Bl heading southbound (opposite side of SoFi shuttle boarding location). The shuttles will start running at 20-minute intervals two hours before each game begins and at 10-minute intervals for one hour after each game ends. In addition, Intuit Dome provides complimentary park and ride shuttles from Union Station (A, B and D Lines). The shuttles leave from two hours before the door time through the event start time. The shuttles will depart the Intuit Dome for two hours after the event.
The Courtyard Series at One Colorado
If you’re on a fitness journey or just want some mindful relaxation, head to Old Pasadena for free wellness and fitness activities every third Sunday of the month. Spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

SoCal Museums Annual Free-for-All
The SoCal Museums Annual Free-for-All is an annual regional event, with more than thirty museums and cultural institutions celebrating art, cultural heritage, film and natural history. Many of the L.A. County institutions participating this weekend, including LACMA, the Broad, the Autry, the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures, are easy to get to by going Metro. Visit SoCal Museums’ website for each museum’s hours and advanced reservation requirements – also note that a few museums are offering free admission on Saturday, March 15 instead. FREE
