Friday, April 18 

PINK CLOUD at Beyond the Streets  
Cruising La Brea Avenue this Friday? Why not start the weekend with an art opening? Beyond the Streets is hosting the group exhibition PINK CLOUD, a mix of installations, paintings and sculptures, including the L.A. debut of San Francisco-based graffiti artist GREY (Jonas Melvin). The exhibit will run through June 7. 
Friday’s opening reception is 6 to 9 p.m. FREE

Angel City FC Soccer at BMO Stadium  
Come watch the Black and Gold take on rival NJ/NY Gotham FC in this exciting matchup.

Saturday, April 19

Bunny at The Bloc  
Celebrate the spring season with a picture to remember. The Bloc in downtown L.A. will host a camera-ready bunny for photo-ops with families and kids. The fun will also include an open-air photo booth, face painting, arts and crafts and a Sustainable Spring Market curated by the SoCal Etsy Guild.  
Bunny photos start at 11 a.m. FREE

Earth Day Festival 2025 at the Natural History Museum 
This annual Earth Day Festival will feature lively musical performances, hands-on activities for the whole family, up-close encounters with museum collections, a chance to explore the Science of SpongeBob and more! 
9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.  
Go Metro: Take the E Line to Expo Park/USC Station or the J Line bus to 37^th St/USC 

Earth Day Take Action Day 
Cabrillo Marine Aquarium will welcome Angelenos of all ages to join in Earth care activities this Saturday, including a beach cleanup, gardening with native plants, and arts and crafts workshops using recycled materials. In case all that fun works up your appetite, you’ll be able to grab a bite to eat from a selection of food trucks.

Eastside Picnic Festival  
With festival season in full swing, the Eastside Picnic Festival will bring together the community for a day in the park at the East L.A. Civic Center. Part of the Queer Mercado’s monthly event series, the festival will host marketplace of local vendors, live music and performers in an inclusive, community atmosphere.  
10 a.m. to 4 p.m. FREE

Easy Mornings at DTLA’s Grand Park  
Easy Mornings at Gloria Molina Grand Park are a chance for Angelenos of all ages to chill out and recharge. From yoga and dancing for the entire family to theater, arts and crafts and an eclectic marketplace curated by Smorgasburg L.A., it’s a great way to breeze into your weekend.  
10 a.m. to 12 p.m. FREE 
Go Metro: Take the B or D Line to Grand Park/Civic Center Station or the A or E Line to Historic Broadway Station 

Self Care Yoga  
Get centered at the California African American Museum’s Self Care Yoga on Saturday morning before enjoying the art collection. The monthly series features a one-hour session of movement flow designed for all levels – including first-timers – led by yoga and meditation teacher, Constance Hartwell.

Go Metro: Take the E Line to Expo Park/USC Station 

L.A. Lakers at Crypto.com Arena 
The Lakers take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference First Round. Don’t miss them in Game 1 of the playoffs 
Go Metro: Take the A or E Line to Pico Station, which is a one-block walk from Crypto.com Arena in downtown L.A. The Metro J Line bus, as well as other local bus routes, also stop near the arena. Tips for your game day trip. 

Sunday, April 20

Long Beach Taco Week 
Long Beach’s celebration of tacos will showcase many of the LBC’s favorite taquerias, taco-centric eateries and food trucks. Plus, enjoy special offers from some of the participating eateries when you show your TAP card.
