Watch Love, Leimert celebrating Leimert Park
Love, Leimert is a love letter to Leimert Park presenting moving image artworks by 10 artists – Isaiah Ferguson, Russell Hamilton, Ahree Lee, Momodu Mansaray, Stephanie Mercado, Julie Orser, Anna Luisa Petrisko, Yoshie Sakai, Navid Sinaki and Jessica Wimbley – working with a diverse range of styles and subject matter. Using archival images, Super 8 film, animation and collage, the artworks celebrate the cultural vibrancy of Leimert Park and the surrounding neighborhoods, on view now at Metro’s Leimert Park Station.

LA on the Move, a temporary exhibition, explores how people and wildlife navigate Los Angeles along shared pathways. Through art, science and data visualization, the exhibition highlights local biodiversity and imagines more sustainable futures.
Developed by Metro Art with ArtCenter College of Design and Data Vandals, it encourages viewers to support coexistence by choosing Metro and helping create environments where all species can flourish. This includes reducing car dependence, planting native and drought-resilient vegetation, protecting nesting, areas and keeping paths open for animal movement.
Grand Avenue, grand connections: Metro Art at Grand Ave Arts All Access
Join Metro Art at Grand Ave Arts: All Access for unforgettable moving art experiences! Tour Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Station and discover large-scale artworks by Ann Hamilton, Pearl C. Hsiung, Mungo Thomson, and Samira Yamin. Meet the artist, Samira Yamin, for All is Flux, at 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. and hear about her creative process. Then catch the show-stopping Metro Art Bus, a fully wrapped and rolling gallery featuring Metro Art’s rider portrait series – bright, uplifting tributes to the people who keep L.A. moving.
