Go Metro to Cali Vibes this weekend, February 16 – February 18

Craving a little pick-me-up after all this rain (and before it rains again)? This weekend, go Metro to Cali Vibes, a celebration of music, dance, beach culture, and crunchy reggae beats. Over 50 musical acts performing on multiple stages are planned throughout this three-day festival, including Gwen Stefani, Wiz Khalifa, Ice Cube, The Roots, Shaggy, Sean Paul, and Sublime.

This is one of four festivals this year in partnership with AEG and AXS, and it’s happening all weekend at the Marina Green in Long Beach, where you’ll dance the day and evening away to incredible views of the ocean.

We’ll have a booth going all weekend where we’ll be providing free TAP wearables and up-to-the-minute Metro information. Look out for our Cali Vibes street signs that will lead the way to the festival grounds (about a 15-minute walk). Our rail station digital screens will also have festival logos and transfer information to downtown Long Beach.

How to get there: Take the Metro A Line to 1st Street station or Downtown Long Beach Station. The festival is just a TK minute walk. We have plenty of Park & Ride servicing the entire county –– and parking is just $3.00 per day. The headliners are planned to go on at 9am each night, giving festival-goers plenty of time to catch an A Line train home (here’s the train schedule).

This event is going on … rain or shine! Buy tickets here!
