It’s back! Printed Matter’s LA Art Book Fair (LAABF) is returning to Los Angeles for the first time since 2019! And the festivities TODAY.
The fair will feature more than 300 international exhibitors: artists and collectives, institutions and galleries, small presses, antiquarian booksellers, and distributors. There’s something for everybody.
It’s all happening at The Geffen Contemporary at MOCA in Little Tokyo in downtown Los Angeles –– just a short walk from our recently opened Little Tokyo/Arts District station (A Line, E Line). If you haven’t had a chance to check out the new station yet, this is a great opportunity!

How to ride: Metro’s regular fares are $1.75 for a one-way trip with free transfers for two hours — or $3.50 round-trip. You can also ride an unlimited number of times in a day for $5 — we’ll stop charging you after your third ride. Pay for fares with a TAP card (available from TAP machines at all rail and busway stations) or use your smartphone as a TAP card by downloading the TAP app.
