Metro is commemorating Independence Day with a brand-new commemorative TAP card available now at Metro Customer Centers and the select TAP vending machines listed below.
On July 4 1776, The Declaration of Independence was passed and signed — asserting our freedom from British Rule. This day is celebrated by decorating and dressing in the colors of the American flag and spending time with loved ones.
You can purchase the new card at Metro Customer Centers and select TAP machines below. Be sure to check the electronic header on top of the TAP machine to ensure the card is available. TAP cards are $2 each plus the cost of fare, while supplies last.
