Go Metro to the holiday ice skating rink in Leimert Park Plaza from Friday, Dec. 16, through Friday, Dec. 23. Skating will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Leimert Park Plaza is located adjacent to the K Line’s Leimert Park Station. is located at 4395 Leimert Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90008. 

The J. Atterby Fields Foundation and BB Entertainment PR — with support from the city of Los Angeles and local community sponsors — is happy to present the 2nd Annual Winter On Ice Fundraiser. Take the Metro to experience the joy of ice skating with family and friends and participate in the annual Holiday Cheer Toy Giveaway. This event will also highlight cultural groups, local vendors, food and live entertainment.

Metro’s regular fares are $1.75 for a one-way trip with free transfers for two hours. Fares can be paid with TAP cards. TAP cards can be purchased from TAP vending machines at all Metro Rail stations. Riders can also use their smartphones as a TAP card by downloading the TAP app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
