Major League Baseball’s All-Star Game returns to Dodger Stadium next Tuesday for the first time since 1980. Avoid traffic and parking hassles by taking Metro’s Dodger Stadium Express bus to All-Star Game events on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday at Dodger Stadium.

The PLAY BALL PARK will be at the LA Convention Center from Saturday, July 16, through Tuesday, July 19. The Convention Center is a short walk (five minutes or less) from Pico Station that serves Metro’s A Line (Blue) and E Line (Expo) trains. Save money on PLAY BALL PARK tickets by showing your Metro TAP card — discounted tickets for TAP card holders are just $15 compared to the full $35 price.
The OCEANFRONT will have activities on the Santa Monica Pier and adjacent beach from Friday, July 15, through Sunday, July 17. The pier and beach are about a 10-minute walk from the Downtown Santa Monica Station that serves Metro’s E Line (Expo) train.
How to Ride Metro
•To plan your transit trips, we suggest that you download Transit app, Metro’s official smartphone app.
•Metro’s regular fares are $1.75 for a one-way trip with free transfers for two hours. Fares can be paid with TAP cards. TAP cards can be purchased from TAP vending machines at all Metro Rail stations. Riders can also use their smartphones as a TAP card by downloading the TAP app, available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
•Face masks are required while riding Metro buses and trains and while in indoor stations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, as per LA County health orders.

•Regional passenger trains that serve the greater Los Angeles region are run by Metrolink. Click here for Metrolink routes and schedules. Los Angeles Union Station is Metrolink’s main hub.
How to Ride the Dodger Stadium Express
•The Dodger Stadium Express is free to ride. Regular fares apply on all other Metro buses and trains. Riders are required to wear face masks while on the bus and while waiting in line for the bus. Thank you for your cooperation!
•Service for Saturday’s Futures Game and Celebrity Softball Game will begin at 2:30 p.m. Return service will begin about halfway through the event.
•Service for Monday’s Home Run Derby will begin at 3:30 p.m. Return service will begin about halfway through the event.
•Service for Tuesday’s All-Star Game will begin at 2:30 p.m. Return service will begin in the 7th inning.
