Metro staff was rarely, if ever, on site to assist patrons during the station closures two weekends ago. On both Saturday and Sunday there was a supervisor at Harbor Freeway station (in their car, on their phone), and at 6am Saturday two agents at Lakewood station (who were gone by noon, when I returned to finish my trip). No one on Sunday, no one at the stations in between.
