Enjoy a ghoulishly fun Halloween weekend at Boonion Station

Union Station will become a garden of goblins at the third annual Boonion Station: a free Halloween hoopla. The event will take place on Union Station’s South Patio on Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 30-31, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on both days.

Free advance general admission tickets are required and available at Eventbrite. Walk-ins will be welcomed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Boonion Station will transform the downtown destination into a Halloween village featuring delightfully devilish activities for families including a fun and fuzzy spider forest, Halloween crafts, tarantula tattoos and mad scientist slime sessions to keep little monsters entertained.

Dress up in your most haunting or hilarious costume and enjoy family-friendly activities including a fun and fuzzy spider forest, Halloween crafts, mad scientist slime sessions and more! There will also be a costume contest at 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. each day. Prizes will be awarded in three categories: most original, best hero, and best couple and/or family costume.

For the health and safety of our guests, COVID-19 protocols will be followed. Capacity will be limited, social distancing will be encouraged, and masks will be required as mandated by County of Los Angeles Public Health guidelines.

To get to Union Station, take the L Line (Gold), B Line (Red), D Line (Purple) or J Line (Silver). Union Station is also served by multiple Metro and municipal buses, Metrolink, Amtrak and Metro Bike Share. For more route and connections, use the Trip Planner at metro.net or download Transit app.
