Rail service on the C Line (Green) will be suspended between Vermont/Athens and Lakewood/I-105 Station as crews perform signal system upgrades starting at 9 p.m. Thursday, October 7 to Saturday, October 9 close of service.

The following stations will be closed: Long Beach Bl, Willowbrook/Rosa Parks, Avalon and Harbor Freeway.

Service will be maintained with free bus shuttles between Lakewood and Vermont/Athens matching train service as best as possible. Metro staff will be on hand to lend assistance at all C Line stations where bus shuttles are running. Please allow extra travel time to your commute.

Regular service will resume Sunday, October 10. Thank you for your patience as Metro continues to improve your ride.
