Service Advisory: buses replace L Line (Gold) service between Fillmore and Southwest Museum this weekend

Starting at 9 p.m. this Friday, June 25 to 1 p.m. Sunday, June 27, there will be no L Line (Gold) service between Fillmore and Southwest Museum Station due to Southern California Edison utility work. While the work is in effect, all northbound trains will run as far as Southwest Museum and turn back towards Union Station. Southbound trains will turn back to Azusa at Fillmore Station.

Service will be maintained with FREE bus shuttles matching the train schedule as best as possible. Regular train service in the area resumes after 1 p.m. on Sunday, June 27.

Please note: bus shuttles are currently also in service between Union Station and Pico/Aliso Station due to Regional Connector project construction. We recommend allowing extra time for travel if you plan to take the L Line this weekend.

  1. Is Metro planning to do concurrent maintenance since the line will be out of service? It would be the wise thing to do…

  2. It is what it is, I guess work needs to be done on the rail lines for Pasadena also. Which means imma have to take the bus to get around.
