Metro’s “Community Conversations” are online meetings hosted by community leaders to help us learn the histories, art, activism and cultural assets of the neighborhoods that shape Los Angeles County. The next conversation — Listening, Educating, Planting, Creating, Advocating: Actions for a Sustainable Community — will take place from noon to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 20.

Join a virtual gathering with women leaders from Friends of the LA River, Las Fotos Project, and TreePeople to learn how they empower youth and local communities.
