Metro will be increasing bus trips on select lines beginning Monday, April 12. This is part of our effort to restore regular Metro bus service by September of this year. The added trips will allow riders to better maintain social distancing they return to our system.
Additional trips will be added to the following Metro Bus lines: 2, 4, 10, 14, 16, 18, 20, 28, 30, 33, 40, 51, 53, 60, 66, 78, 81, 108, 180, 200, 204, 207, 232, 251, 260, 534, 704, 720, 733, 754. Click here for more details on trips being added.
Be sure to check Transit app, Metro’s official app, to see the latest schedules and to plan trips. PDF schedules on metro.net will be updated in June with the next scheduled round of service changes.
Metro continues to board buses through rear doors. While you are not required to use the fare box, please carry valid fare with you during travel and be sure to TAP at rail stations or on buses with rear-door validators. You can use your smart phone as your TAP card by downloading the TAP app.
Face masks are required when riding Metro, and Metro has installed mask dispensers on our buses, trains and in rail stations for those who need one.
