To comply with local and state directives limiting the number of people that can gather, the August Service Councils and NextGen Bus Plan public hearings will meet virtually. For August meetings, all Councils will receive a regional performance report; the Councils will also each convene a public hearing to hear from the public regarding the NextGen Bus Plan, some right after their regular meeting, and others on different days.
Agendas will be posted here at least 3 days before the meeting if not sooner, along with links where people can submit comments to be read during the meeting.
· San Fernando Valley: Wednesday, Aug. 19
Meeting will begin at 6 p.m., public hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m.

· Westside Central: Wednesday, Aug. 26
Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., public hearing will begin at 6 p.m.

Meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m., public hearing will begin at 6 p.m.

San Gabriel Valley Service Council will also receive an update on the Foothill Gold Line Extension Phase 2B.
· An additional all regions public hearing will be held on Saturday, Aug. 22

Heads up for those looking ahead! The September Service Council meetings, where the Councils will vote on the NextGen Bus Plan proposals, will not be held on their regular dates. Their revised dates are:
San Fernando Valley: Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m.
South Bay Cities: Sept. 18 at 9:30 a.m.
San Gabriel Valley: Sept. 21 at 5 p.m.
Westside Central: Sept. 23 at 6 p.m.
Gateway Cities: Sept. 24 at 6 p.m.
