If you’re a fan of drinking green libations on March 17, do the responsible thing and don’t get behind the wheel. Go Metro instead!
Casey’s St. Patrick’s Day Festival will be taking place at the Imperial Western Beer Co. at Union Station this year. Enjoy Irish food, live DJs and more from 11 a.m. to midnight. This is a ticketed event, but if you show your TAP card at the ticket booth you’ll be able to receive a $5 discount. Your ticket includes entry to Imperial Western and Casey’s Irish Pub in DTLA.
Go Metro to Imperial Western by taking the Metro B Line (Red), D Line (Purple), L Line (Gold), or J Line (Silver) to Union Station. Many Metro and municipal buses also serve Union Station. To get to Casey’s Irish Pub, use 7th St/Metro Center or take advantage of the complimentary shuttle service that will be running between Casey’s Irish Pub and Imperial Western every 15 minutes from 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Corona virus – people are being advised to stay away from mass gatherings to help prevent community spread of this serious life threatening respiratory illness.
Why is Casey’s putting on this event? Do they not care, or, perhaps they think it’s a lot of blarney over nothing serious – just a little cold?
Hi, this event has been cancelled.
Thank you,

The fact that you are encouraging people to “go metro” during this time, when health officials are advising AGAINST it, just shows how reckless and irresponsible LA Metro is. Metro’s filthy, disgusting trains and buses are best AVOIDED on a good day, let alone when we have a public mass health emergency on our hands like we do now. Shame on you guys!
