Metro ExpressLanes is upgrading to a new system starting January 8 through January 20, 2020. During this time, customers will be unable to access the website, retrieve or update their account, call customer service or visit us in person at a customer service center.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Upon reopening on January 21, 2020, our customer service team will address any questions or concerns.
The toll collection system for the I-10 and I-110 Metro ExpressLanes will continue to operate and process tolls during the transition. You’ll see tolls posted on your account after January 21, 2020.
The new website, with a refreshed look, will launch on Jan. 21 at www.metroexpresslanes.net.
•Visit us at our NEW Metro ExpressLanes service center in Torrance close to the I-110 and I-405 freeway opening January 21, 2020, at 20101 Hamilton Avenue, Suite 100A Torrance, CA 90502.
•The current Metro ExpressLanes Customer Service location in Gardena will be permanently closing January 8, 2020.
•The current service center location in El Monte will be closing January 8, 2020 and will reopen on January 21, 2020. That service center is located at 3501 Santa Anita Avenue, El Monte, CA 91731.
•We also have new hours of operation for the Metro ExpressLanes Service Centers in Torrance and El Monte starting Jan. 21 — both will be open from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
•We’ve improved our phone experience and extended call center hours to Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The number is (877) 812-0022.
We have developed a new and improved website including new navigation and a refreshed look.
Please permanently end transponder account fees for low use users.
