  1. I went to highland station and saw a tap machine with the veterans card picture on it. I bought a tap card just to get this veterans card but i received the crappy blue metro card. I guess metro is too lazy to take the sign down. Just another example of the disrespect metro los angeles has for its customers. Disregard those new tap notices so you do not waste your money

  2. I am so upset. Today I was adding fare to my TAP card and the machine said one of these designs was available and I decided to purchase a new TAP card (although I didn’t need one) in hopes of getting a distinct card and nope! It was a regular shmegular card! That’s $2 I could have reloaded on my card. Please have your staff remove these signs if the card design is no longer available. I feel ripped off I’m not gonna lie 🙁

    • Hi Erika,

Sorry to hear this! If possible, please let me know the station this happened at, and I will request TAP staff follow up.

  3. I some them at a few places on Monday.
Did the Source ever mention the Veteran’ Day TAP cards?

    • Hi,

We did not receive any information about Veterans’ Day TAP cards this year.

    • Hi,

Staff began stocking machines on Monday, but the full roll out was not completed until today. In the past, we have received many complaints about posting the information and customers finding machines not stocked yet when they go out to purchase one, so we no longer post until all listed machines have been stocked.

      Thank you,
