Here are the Metro Art events happening in September

From a special meet the artist event to behind-the-scenes art tours exploring the artwork of Metro Rail, here’s your guide to all the Metro Art events happening in September:

  • Sunday, September 1: Art tour of downtown rail stations  from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
  • Saturday, September 7: Art tour of Hollywood rail stations from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet at the street level entrance to North Hollywood Station (Red Line).
  • Sunday, September 8: Art & Architecture Tour of Union Station from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
  • Saturday, September 14: Art tour of downtown rail stations (en Español) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
  • Sunday, September 21: Meet Metro artist Randall Von Bloomberg at the Katy Geissert Civic Center Library (3301 Torrance Boulevard Torrance, CA  90503) and receive a free, signed copy of his “Through the Eyes of Artists” poster featuring Torrance from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
