Happy Pride Month! Today marks the debut of Metro’s first (and, at this time, only) fully wrapped Ride with Pride bus. The bus will operate out of Metro’s Division 7 bus yard in West Hollywood, and will also be part of the LA Pride Parade on Sunday, June 9. If you’re attending the parade, be on the lookout for us! The bus will also be rolling on the streets all summer long.
To help you get to LA Pride, the city of West Hollywood operates three free shuttle services. CityLineX runs Friday and Saturday and connects to the Metro Red Line Hollywood/Highland Station. The Hollywood Link runs Saturday and Sunday and also connects to Hollywood/Highland Station. The PickUp runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights along Santa Monica Boulevard. See times and route map here or view below.
Pride-goers may also take one of several Metro bus lines that connect to West Hollywood. Check for any detours or route changes in advance at metro.net/advisories or get real-time detour info at metro.net or on Twitter @metroLAalerts.

For those of you who have been asking about Ride with Pride TAP cards: yes, we will be distributing them this year! A limited number of Ride with Pride TAP cards will be available at the Metro Pop-Up Shop at LA Pride on June 9 and given away as a bonus item with each merchandise purchase. A systemwide drop at station TAP vending machines will happen later this month — more info on that coming soon!
