Service Advisory: buses replace Gold Line service between Southwest Museum and Fillmore on Dec. 15

On Saturday, Dec. 15 from open to 6 p.m., there will be no Gold Line train service to Highland Park Station and South Pasadena Station due to scheduled track maintenance.

Free bus shuttles will replace trains between Southwest Museum and Fillmore throughout the closure. This means all northbound trains will travel as far as Southwest Museum and turn back to East L.A. All southbound trains will travel as far as Fillmore Station. From there, trains will return to APU/Citrus.

The Gold Line is slated to run every 12 minutes while work is in progress, and buses will match the train schedule as best as possible. Please allow extra travel time to transfer between buses shuttles and trains.

Metro staff will be on hand to lend assistance at the affected stations. Regular Gold Line service will resume at 6 p.m. Saturday.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the Gold Line. For the latest service updates, be sure to follow us on Twitter @metroLAalerts. For routes and schedule information, call 323.GOMETRO.
