Pita Kitchen is located along Section 1 of the Purple Line Extension at the Wilshire Crescent Plaza. It opened in 2013 and is owned and operated by Ziad Janah. Pita Kitchen is an extraordinary, healthy experience. The restaurant offers freshly prepared Mediterranean food items and serves them in a fun and pleasing traditional settiing. As customers enter, they are immediately greeted and can order directly from the front counter. The restaurant is arranged in such a way that allows customers to view the kitchen as meals are prepared to order. Seating is available conveniently both inside the restaurant and immediately outside in a sectioned off patio area.
According to Mr. Janah, recent construction activities have impacted his business. Customers find it difficult to get to his business because of the detours and construction equipment in the area. “Our customers don’t come as often and we have felt a decline in business. We know that once construction is complete, customers will return,” Mr. Janah said. “It is nice to have the BIF’s help in the meantime.”
Pita Kitchen is located at 6256 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90048. Normal business hours are Monday to Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. For more information, please call (323) 936-2460 or visit them at pitakitchenwilshireblvd.com.
