Here are the Metro Art events happening in October

Celebrate National Arts and Humanities Month by joining us for a jam-packed series of arts and cultural events, including a special artist-led tour of our all-new exhibition Far Out: Movement through Form and Color. Here’s your guide to all the Metro Art events happening in October. Did we mention they’re all free and open to the public?

  • Saturday, October 6: Art tour of Hollywood rail stations from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet at the street level entrance to North Hollywood Station (Red Line).
  • Sunday, October 7: Art tour of downtown rail stations from 10 a.m. to noon. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
  • Saturday, October 13: Join us as artists Hadley Holliday, Nikko Mueller and Eamon Ore-Giron lead a tour of our brand-new exhibition Far Out: Movement through Form and Color featuring abstract artwork interpreting themes of energy, transition and movement. Meet at the aquarium in Union Station’s East Portal at 10 a.m. the tour concludes at 11 a.m.
  • Saturday, October 13: Art tour of Downtown rail stations (en Español) from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
  • Sunday, October 14: Art & Architecture Tour of Union Station from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Meet at the Union Station information kiosk near the Alameda Street entrance.
