  1. Question: I would like to attend one of the clinics. Is registration required or can I just show up?

    • Hi Benjamin,

As I understand it the classes are for members only, but it’s possible they may make exceptions. You can email metro@bikehub.com to get in touch directly with bike hub staff!

  2. Just signed up! You need a selfie, a photo of your ID, and a photo of your bike to complete the registration so have those ready first.

  3. What about at the NW end of the Orange Line? that would be a good spot for a hub.

  4. It looks like they’re constructing a building near the west elevator at the Culver City Expo Line Station. Is that the next Bike Hub?

    • Hey Eric —

Yes that’s what is under construction at CC. I’ll try to find out projected opening date.

  5. I tried to use the promo code but it was rejected. I went through with my registration and gave them my debit card, but I was disappointed I could not use the promo code. Tell me what I need to do to make this right! Thank you.

    • Hi, sorry to hear this! According to staff you should be able to proceed to the next page without having to input any card information, even though the credit card option will still be present.

      • You have to select a one year membership to use the promo code, I messed that up at first.

    • I had the same issue, but then I realized I had to select the annual option from the dropdown. Worked fine after that.
