Take a little more transit and eat a little less meat — two things you can do to reduce your impact on the environment. In this installment of Meatless Mondays with Metro, we take a look at a vegan restaurant located near the future Crenshaw/LAX Line’s Downtown Inglewood Station: Stuff I Eat.
Stuff I Eat’s goals are to reduce your carbon footprint in general and promote a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle. Their breakfast plate is very filling, and the organic soul food platter is perfect for anyone who loves soul food flavor but is trying to stay meat-free. They also serve wild rice tacos, which are quite flavorful.

You’ll be able to reach Stuff I Eat in a few years via the Crenshaw/LAX Line, but in the meantime you can get there with Metro Bus 115 or Metro Bus 212/312 to Manchester/Market.
