Pasadena’s eighteen cultural institutions will keep their doors open late this Friday for ArtNight — an evening of free exhibitions, music and entertainment. The event will be open to the public from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., and Metro riders will get a chance to pick up some cool freebies at select locations. Some of your favorite local food trucks will also be parked nearby in case you get hungry.
Show your TAP card at the following locations to get the following perks:
- Pasadena Museum of California Art – receive a FREE poster.
- Lineage Performing Arts Center – receive a FREE bottle of water.
- Pasadena Museum of History – receive a FREE admission to the History Center & Mansion Tour (regularly a $15 value).
- Light Bringer Project – receive a FREE tote bag.
Last year, ArtNight Pasadena saw more than 28,000 attendees which means driving won’t be the best option. To get there easily and avoid the hassle of parking, take the Gold Line to Memorial Park Station. Most of the night’s events are a short walk from the station. Plus, free ArtNight shuttles will be available with stops at each venue.
