Expo Line: Trains resuming normal service

Update, 3:55 p.m.: Power in the area has now been restored. Residual delays are expected until 4:30 p.m. while normal service is being restored.

The Expo Line is currently running every 20 minutes due to a reported LADWP power outage that occurred around 12:49 p.m. in Culver City.

While Metro personnel works to restore normal service, trains will share the DTLA-bound track between La Cienega/Jefferson and Westwood/Rancho Park Station.

Some westbound trains will also turn back to downtown Los Angeles at La Cienega/Jefferson, while some eastbound trains will turn back to Santa Monica at Westwood/Rancho Park. So please follow station announcements before boarding.

Thank you for patience as we work to resume normal Expo Line service. For real-time updates, please check back here or follow us on Twitter @metrolosangeles or @metrolaalerts.
