To get to Little Tokyo, take the Gold Line to Little Tokyo/Arts District Station. You can also take Metro Bus 30 to Judge John Aiso/1st Street or use Metro Bike Share.

I wonder if one can find Vegan foods in Chinese restaurants these look like they can be very good indeed with all the many options of different foods that they present

I know of a few that I’ll definitely visit in a future Meatless Mondays post! There’s also a vegan sushi restaurant in Little Tokyo called Shojin…it’s only open for dinner, but I hear it’s pretty good. Haven’t had a chance to try it personally yet though.
