Metro will hold public hearings in July to receive community input on proposed modifications to Metro’s bus service. Approved changes could become effective December 2017 or later.
Details of the service proposals to be considered and the Notice of Public Hearing are available for review. These modifications are proposed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the public transportation system through a better use of resources. The public is encouraged to attend these hearings and comment on the proposals. The public hearings on these service proposals will be held:

The public hearings will commence at the listed times and will close after all testimony has been received by those members of the public present.
Note: There will be no decisions made at the public hearing. The proposals may be approved in whole or in part at a date following the public hearings. Approved changes may also include other alternatives derived from public comment. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend the upcoming hearings and provide testimony on any service proposal under consideration (public comment will not be restricted to only bus routes operating in one geographical area). All public comment received will be forwarded to the responsible Service Council, and considered prior to taking action on the service proposals.

The 2 Shuttle should be renumbered as the 602. It would also be great if the route takes over the 534 either heading south to Santa Monica or west to PCH/Trancas.
So what about the 233? It says that it will replace the owl service on the 656 but does not give any details. I am assuming its going to still run from Panorama Mall (Chase/Tobias) but what is the south end? Hopefully Ventura Blvd.
