Metro Art recently hosted a free family workshop to help inspire artworks for Phase 1 of the Purple Line Extension project. Community members were invited to tell us what they love about their neighborhoods while mapping imagery and sharing words about the people, character, and history that make their neighborhoods special.
The workshop took place at the Beverly Hills Farmers Market. Two previous family workshops were held at the Craft and Folk Art Museum and the Original Farmers Market.
