Memorial Day Weekend is around the corner, and for those avoiding the stress of traffic and travel here’s a quick reminder that Metro will operate on Sunday/Holiday schedule on Monday, May 29. Bus riders please note: lines that do not operate on Sundays won’t run on Memorial Day Monday.

Additionally, some Metro buses will experience detours due to the following Memorial Day Weekend events:

• The Hermosa Memorial Day Fiesta will detour Line 130.
• The Cypress Park Memorial Day Celebration will detour Line 28 and 251.
• The Canoga Park Memorial Day Parade will detour Line 150 and 163.
• The Glendale Memorial Day Ceremony will detour Line 180 and 201.

Metro’s normal weekday service will resume on Tuesday, May 30. Have a happy and safe weekend!
