Family Pharmacy of Beverly Hills is located along Section 1 of the Purple Line Extension and is owned and operated by Dr. David Newman. The business is a full-service pharmacy that offers prescription and over the counter products including vitamins, home health care supplies, and an array everyday products. The pharmacy offers special discounts to their senior citizen customers, direct billing to insurance companies, and recently introduced free deliveries for customers.

Although Family Pharmacy has been operating at this location for the past 22 years, it has been in the neighborhood for over 50 years. It is a staple in the community with a good reputation and a very loyal customer base. Dr. Newman prides himself in providing excellent customer service and treating customers just like family.

Dr. Newman is happy to be located along the alignment of the Purple Line Extension because it will increase accessibility to his business. In the meantime however, the construction has impacted him financially. “Our customers love us, but it’s hard for them to get to our pharmacy and they don’t come as often,” Dr. Newman stated. “I’m thankful to the BIF program for helping us through this period.”

Family Pharmacy is located at 8314 Wilshire Blvd, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. For more information, please call 323.653.4070 or visit familypharmacybh.com.
