Metro is hosting an older adult transportation pop-up event tomorrow at the Sherman Oaks/East Valley Adult Center from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Programming will include services geared to the older adult audience — we’ll have presentations on how to apply for a Senior TAP card, or how to get involved with the On the Move Riders Club. The event is free to attend and you can RSVP online.
To reach the Sherman Oaks/East Valley Adult Center via transit, take Metro Rapid 744 to Van Nuys/Magnolia.

Please don’t be cheap. Give them a free tap card. In previous workshops, you guys didn’t provide them free tab cards. If they have a disability,or on Medicare, please advise them on how to apply for a disabled pass or an Access Para Transit ID card.
