www.metro.net will be offline for maintenance on Tuesday, January 31st, from noon – 2pm PST in order to launch Metro’s new website.
This maintenance only affects metro.net and does not affect TAPtogo, ExpressLanes, nor any other Metro-related website.
While the site is under construction, you can still access core transit information and online services by using these websites directly:

You may experience technical issues while visiting metro.net on Tuesday, January 31st from noon – 2pm PST. As the new website loads and the previous website is removed from your browser’s history, certain page layouts and features may not function properly.
- TIP: Refresh your browser two times for new layout and content to load properly.
- If you continue to experience issues with the new website, please contact us directly via email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include what page you are accessing and what error you see on the screen.
