Update, 7:52 a.m.: Sheriffs have reopened Downtown Long Beach Station, and trains are resuming normal service. Customers can expect residual delays thru 8:30 a.m. as rail staff work to get trains running per schedule.
There is currently no train service to Downtown Long Beach Station due to police activity. While sheriffs are investigating, trains are traveling as far as Pacific Avenue and 1st Street Station. Some trains may also travel to Willow St Station and turn back to Los Angeles if there are too many trains in the Long Beach loop. Please follow station announcements and check train head signs before boarding.
We’ll continue updating on Blue Line service here at the Source, or you can check for the latest service updates on Twitter @metrolosangeles or @metroLAalerts.
