Update, 8 p.m.: Auto has been removed from the tracks and the Expo Line is resuming normal service.
Update, 6:48 p.m.: Expo Line delays have decreased to 15 min in the downtown area. Trains continue to share Downtown Los Angeles-bound track between Pico and LATTC/Ortho Institute Stations. Some eastbound trains may turn back at LATTC/Ortho Institute Station to avoid train congestion in the area.

The Metro Expo Line is currently running with 20 min delays due to a train-auto incident at the intersection of Flower and 23rd Street. Trains are currently sharing Downtown Los Angeles-bound track between Pico and LATTC/Ortho Institute Stations.
