Metro and partners are hosting the 3rd annual Bike Night at Union Station on Friday, May 27. Come on out and celebrate the culmination of Metro’s 2016 Bike Month.
For the past month we’ve been celebrating bicycles all around Los Angeles County – through group rides, workshops, and community-hosted events. Whether you ride for fitness, transportation or for fun, there was an event for everyone and plenty of opportunities to try something new.
Bike Night is a celebration of the success and good times of Bike Month. It’s happening this Friday, May 27th, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Bike Night is a free event with more than just bikes! Join us for:
- a bicycle fashion show featuring works by OTIS Fashion Design students under the direction of Todd Oldham, presented with a sneak preview of Metro Bike Share coming to DTLA soon
- live music from Jungle Fire
- photo booth, raffles and games, with awesome prizes from Public Bikes
- food trucks and vending from Komodo, Sweet Amsterdam, Me So Hungry and more
- complementary bike valet
To get you excited here are videos of Bike Night at Union Station from the past two years: 2014 and 2015.
