Some good news from West Hollywood — the city this month is launching a new — and free — peak hour bus shuttle connecting several stops along Santa Monica Boulevard to the Red Line’s Hollywood/Highland Station in neighboring Hollywood.
Map and timetable are above. Click here for the news release from West Hollywood. This is a six-month pilot program and the city will reassess how it is performing later in the year and decide whether to continue.
There are several Metro bus lines that run between WeHo and Hollywood, but the WeHo shuttle will be a straight shot between Santa Monica Boulevard and Hollywood/Highland. WeHo residents who live along Fairfax Avenue can use the Metro 217 or 780 to reach Hollywood/Highland. Check out the Metro system map for other options between WeHo and the Red/Purple Line.
