Taste of Soul, one of SoCal’s largest street festivals, is now just 3 days away! And because we know many are anxious to sample great food and hear live entertainment, we’ve compiled all the important information you’ll need to get there while leaving your car at home!
- Expo/Crenshaw is the closest rail station to the festival grounds located on Crenshaw Boulevard between Rodeo Road and Stocker Street. Exit the station and walk south on Crenshaw Boulevard. You’ll get there in less than 5 minutes.
- For those traveling via Metro rail, Expo Line trains will run with 2-cars every 12 minutes on Saturday. Board at the front or center of platform to avoid crowding.
- Lines 40, 105, 210, 705, 710 and 740 will be detouring but still operating in walking distance to the festival.
- For bicyclists, secure parking is located at the Baldwin Hills Plaza at the intersection of Crenshaw and Martin Luther King Blvd. Remember bikes are allowed on Metro trains and buses.
- To best plan your route, use the Metro Trip Planner or visit our Service advisories page for the latest detours and service changes.
