Friend’s Don’t Let Friends Drive Alone

Rideshare Week is October 4 through 10 — it’s a time to travel through your city without driving alone. Join brand new events and enter the raffles for fun and prizes. Improve air quality, help decrease congestion and share the ride with your friends!

Metro has several events that are part of Rideshare Week — see metro.net/rideshare for a full list of times and locations! Metro will be hosting:

1) A Karaoke Rickshaw will roll through Los Angeles with multi-lingual pop hits! Created and co-hosted by Movable Parts we are celebrating the commute with innovation, technology, streets and singing.

2) Share the Ride to Ambulante California Film Festval. You can find carpools leading to the events at www.ridematch.info/rides.asp. Special guided bike rides organized by Empact Communities and many local groups will be leading from all over the county to film venues too!

3) ¡Mobilizaté! with Multicultural Communities for Mobility as we film and photograph commuter profiles on the Eastside of Los Angeles. Join in person or online as we share commuter experiences.
