Here’s July 25-26 weekend list of Metro-funded bike safety classes!

This weekend is a relatively light one for bicycle safety classes around L.A. County.  So, if you’re not attending the Special Olympics Opening Ceremony on Saturday, a great alternative is to learn how to bicycle safely on L.A. streets!

These Metro-funded classes are mostly the second half of the Traffic Skills 101 class (the B section). Folks who have taken TS 101A can sign up for one of the eight 101B classes this weekend to get their hands-on, on-bike skills training. There are also two 3-hour classes offered in the valley.

9am – 1pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Traffic Skills 101-B (North Long Beach)
10am – 1pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Intermediate Commuting (Reseda)
10am – 2pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Traffic Skills 101-B (North Hills)

 

Sunday July 26th

10am – 2pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Traffic Skills 101-B (Pacoima)
1 – 4pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Intermediate Commuting (Reseda)
2 – 6pm FREE Bicycle Safety Class: Traffic Skills 101-B (Santa Monica)
