Service on the Green Line has been suspended between Mariposa Station and Hawthorne/Lennox Station due to police activity at Aviation/LAX. Authorities have requested the station be shut down while they investigate a suspicious vehicle parked at the station. LASD bomb squad is enroute and will conduct investigation.

Bus shuttles have been requested to transport customers around the affected area. Please follow station announcements. Travelers heading to LAX may board buses at Hawthorne/Lennox Station. There are also reports that streets and freeways leading to LAX have been closed due to investigation.
