Bach in the Subways celebrates composer’s 330th birthday with 10 hours of music at Union Station

Join Johann Sebastian Bach aficionados around the world for Bach in the Subways on Saturday, March 21!

You can celebrate the birthday of the famous musician by popping in at Union Station to catch a part of an unprecedented 10-hour music marathon. An organ recital will take place at noon near the Information Booth, and many others will be playing in locations around Union Station from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Click here for more information on times, musicians and locations.

Pop-up performances will also be taking place across Los Angeles. Locations include:

  • Central Library: to get there, take Metro Rapid 720 to 5th/Grand, Metro Red/Purple Line to Pershing Square Station
  • Santa Monica Place: to get there, take Metro Rapid 720 to Broadway/3rd
  • Memorial Park: to get there, take Metro Gold Line to Memorial Park Station, Metro Bus 267/264 to Walnut/Raymond
  • Lake Balboa Park: to get there, take Metro Orange Line to Balboa Station
  • …and more!
